What are my options for the aluminium track?
The original Gallery System and the Slimline Art Hanging System track come in 2m lengths. Both systems are available in powder coated white or anodised silver (satin) finishes.
Can I phone you if I have questions?

What is the lead time for me to receive my order?
Once orders are received and paid the Leicestershire warehouse will pack and dispatch your order within one to two working days. From there you need to allow another couple of working days for delivery (this will vary depending on your location).
Will my order have to be shipped from Australia?
No. We keep a large stock of Gallery Systems’ products in our warehouse in Leicestershire (Pick & Pack Express). All UK and European orders are dispatched from there.

What metals do the traditional picture rail hooks come in?
The traditional Picture Rail hooks come in either solid brass or solid stainless steel. They have a lacquer coating to prevent tarnishing. The traditional picture rail hooks are sold in packs of 5. Each pack comes with 5 x picture rail hooks and 5 x 2m cables.
What is the advantage of Gallery Systems unique Traditional Picture Rail Hook design?
The unique design of our picture rail hook positions the stainless steel cable closer to the wall so your picture will sit at the correct angle and won’t lean too far forward. This is often a problem with old fashioned picture rail systems.
Can I cut the Stainless Steel Cable if the hangers are too long?
NO, DO NOT CUT THE STAINLESS STEEL CABLE. The cable comes in 2m lengths as standard. Each cable is cut and the end is heat-sealed in our factory so it won’t fray. If you cut the cable it will fray and you won’t be able to thread on the adjustable hooks. To solve the problem […]
